Dream Delight Pie

Ingredients

• 1 box strawberry jello
• 1 c sugar
• 1 12 c boiling water
• 3 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1 tsp red food coloring
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 qt strawberries
• 2 baked pie shells

Directions

1. Combine jello water sugar and cornstarch
2. Stir until it coats spoon
3. Remove from heat and add coloring
4. Let cool a little and add lemon juice
5. Let cool completely but not congealed
6. Place sliced strawberries in shells
7. Refrigerate until congealed
8. The jello mixture should be placed on top of the strawberries before placing in refrigerator
