Dressing For Fruit Salad

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 stick margarine
• 12 c pineapple juice
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 c sugar
• 4 tsp flour
• 12 pt whipping cream

Directions

1. Beat eggs in boiler
2. Add sugar salt margarine fruit juice and flour
3. Cook until thick stirring constantly when ready to serve whip the cream and stir into mixture
4. Use over mixed fruit
5. This makes a quart and will keep a week in the refrigerator
6. Can also be used as a dip for fruit
