Dried Apple Stack Cake60 Years Old
Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c shortening
- 2 c molasses
- 14 c buttermilk
- 1 egg
- flour about 5 c
- 2 tsp soda in 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp ginger
Directions
- Cream shortening sugar and molasses then add egg and buttermilk
- Mix well
- Stir in dry ingredients together with vinegar-soda mixture
