Dried Beef Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1-10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese finely cut
  • 2 hard cooked eggs sliced
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni uncooked
  • 3 Tbsp onion finely chopped
  • 14 lb dried beef finely cut

Directions

  1. Stir milk into soup until well blended and remaining ingredients
  2. Pour into well greased 1 12 qt baking dish
  3. Store covered in refrigerator 3-4 hours or overnight
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour
  5. Serves 4-6
