Dried Beef Casserole
Ingredients
- 1-10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese finely cut
- 2 hard cooked eggs sliced
- 1 cup elbow macaroni uncooked
- 3 Tbsp onion finely chopped
- 14 lb dried beef finely cut
Directions
- Stir milk into soup until well blended and remaining ingredients
- Pour into well greased 1 12 qt baking dish
- Store covered in refrigerator 3-4 hours or overnight
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour
- Serves 4-6
