Dried Fruit Pie

Ingredients

• 1 12 c dried peaches
• 1 c sugar
• 3 Tbsp melted butter
• 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
• 1 9-inch deep dish pie shell unbaked
• 4 egg yolks
• 3 Tbsp cornstarch
• 34 c canned milk

Directions

1. Put fruit in bottom of pie shell Beat egg yolks Add milk Mix cornstarch with sugar
2. Add sugar mixture and butter to beaten egg
3. yolks then add vanilla flavoring
4. Pour over fruit Bake at 325 until set
5. Let cool
