Drop Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 34 c Crisco or 23 c margarine
- 1 18 14 oz pkg cake mix any brand
- 12 c chopped pecans
- 12 c coconut
Directions
- Combine eggs and shortening or margarine
- Add 12 of cake mix Beat well
- Add remaining dry cake mix
- Add nuts and coconut mix thoroughly
- Drop by teaspoon on well-greased cookie sheets
- Bake at 325 for 8 or 10 minutes
