Drop Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp margarine
  • 13 c margarine
  • 4 12 c sugar
  • 1 large can Carnation milk
  • 13 oz semi-sweet chocolate bits
  • 1 8 oz jar marshmallow cream
  • 3 c chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Grease sides and bottom of large saucepan with 1 tablespoon margarine
  2. Add 13 cup margarine sugar and milk
  3. Bring to boil over medium heat
  4. Cook to soft ball stage
  5. Takes about 7 minutes from first bubbles
  6. Add chocolate bits marshmallow cream and chopped pecans
  7. Stir until chocolate is dissolved
  8. Beat until smooth and creamy
  9. Drop onto waxed paper
  10. Makes about 5 pounds
