Dutch Carrots

Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon chopped
- 12 c onions sliced
- 4 c carrots cooked and diced
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Fry bacon until crisp and remove from pan Cook onion in drippings Add carrots Season with salt and pepper Turn carrots into hot vegetable dish and garnish with bacon
- Makes 6 servings
