Dutch Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 c butter or margarine
- 1 c sugar
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg separated
- 2 c flour sifted
- 12 c pecans chopped
Directions
- Cream buttermargarine Add sugar and cinnamon beat well Add egg yolk beat well Sift and add flour Mix well Press dough evenly unto greased cookie sheets or 12
- x 15-inch pan Brush with slightly beaten egg white Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and pecans Bake 30-35 minutes at 300 Cut into squares while warm
