Dutch Pot Roast

Ingredients
- 2 lb stewing beef cut up
- 14 c flour
- 1 c hot water
- 1 c stewed tomatoes
- 12 onion chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 c carrot chopped
- 12 c celery chopped
- 1 Tbsp salt
Directions
- Dredge beef in flour and brown in Dutch oven
- Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly on low heat for about 3 hours Thicken gravy if necessary
