Dutch Potato Filling

Ingredients
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 12 c hot water
- 4 c mashed potatoes
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 Tbsp chopped onion
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 13 c minced parsley
Directions
- Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water
- Place mashed potatoes in large bowl
- Add slightly beaten eggs bouillon cube mixture onion salt pepper and parsley blend well
- Place in a 1-quart greased casserole
- Bake uncovered in a 350 oven with chicken or until browned on top
