Dutch Red Cabbage

Ingredients
- 1 head red cabbage
- 14 c margarine
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 14 c finely chopped onion
- 2 apples peeled and sliced
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 13 tsp salt and pepper
- 14 c grape jelly
Directions
- Saute the cabbage in the margarine 5 minutes
- Add brown sugar onion and apples
- Cook another 5 minutes
- Add remaining ingredients cover and simmer slowly for about 20 minutes
