Dynamite

Ingredients
- 2 lb hamburger
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 2 medium bell peppers seeded and cut in strips
- 3 to 4 medium onions cut lengthwise then sliced
- 6 cloves garlic minced or pressed
- 2 28 oz cans Pastene kitchen ready tomatoes
- Tabasco sauce
- black pepper
Directions
- Remove sausage from casing
- Brown hamburger and sausage drain grease
- Fry peppers onion and garlic until peppers soften and onions are clear
- Combine these ingredients along with kitchen ready tomatoes in a large pot
- Add Tabasco sauce and pepper to taste
- Simmer over low heat covered for about 2 to 2 12 hours
- Serve on torpedo rolls
