Ingredients

• 3 bags Stella Doro Anginetti cookies
• large Cool Whip
• 8 oz bar cream cheese
• 1 12 cans crushed pineapple well drained
• fresh fruit for garnish

Directions

1. Cut each cookie in half with steak knife
2. Follow directions on back but use largest Cool Whip cream cheese and crushed pineapple
3. In an hour you will have dozens of cream puffs which will soften as they sit in the refrigerator
4. Arrange on a platter Add some fresh fruit for garnishcolor and sit back and enjoy the rave reviews
