Earthquake Cake
Ingredients
- 1 c nuts
- 1 c coconut
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 1 stick oleo
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 box powdered sugar
Directions
- Mix German chocolate cake mix as directed on box set aside Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam
- Sprinkle with nuts
- Sprinkle coconut on top of nuts
- Pour cake mixture over coconut
