Ingredients
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 1 c coconut
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 12 c oleo
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 lb 4 c powdered sugar
Directions
- Preheat
- oven
- to
- 350
- Spray
- a 13 x 9-inch pan with Pam Layer pan with coconut and pecans
- Mix cake mix according
- to directions on box
- Mix together all other ingredients with a hand
- mixer in a separate bowl
- Pour the cake mixture over
- the coconut
- and
- pecans
- then
- pour
- the cream cheese mixture
- over the cake batter
- Bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour
