Earthquake Dessert

Ingredients

• coconut
• 1 c chopped nuts
• 1 German chocolate cake mix
• 1 stick soft oleo
• 1 lb powdered sugar
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened

Directions

1. Cover a 9 x 13 x 3-inch cake pan with coconut
2. Next sprinkle on nuts
3. Prepare cake mix according to box directions spread over nuts and coconut but dont mix together
4. Blend until smooth the cream cheese oleo and powdered sugar
5. Carefully spread over cake batter
6. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
7. Will rise and fall and have craters like an earthquake
