Easter Cake

Ingredients
- yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 12 c oil
- 1 No 303 can apricots drain juice and save 12 c mashed
- 12 c apricot juice
- 1 small box apricot jello
- 1 5 oz can Carnation evaporated milk
- 34 c sugar
- 14 c stick margarine 12 stick
- 1 capful vanilla
Directions
- Melt margarine add sugar and evaporated milk
- Bring to a boil
- Boil 5 minutes more stirring continuously
- Add 1 capful vanilla
- Pour over cake
- Sprinkle fresh coconut and place a few jelly beans on each piece of cake
