Ingredients

  • yellow cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 12 c oil
  • 1 No 303 can apricots drain juice and save 12 c mashed
  • 12 c apricot juice
  • 1 small box apricot jello
  • 1 5 oz can Carnation evaporated milk
  • 34 c sugar
  • 14 c stick margarine 12 stick
  • 1 capful vanilla

Directions

  1. Melt margarine add sugar and evaporated milk
  2. Bring to a boil
  3. Boil 5 minutes more stirring continuously
  4. Add 1 capful vanilla
  5. Pour over cake
  6. Sprinkle fresh coconut and place a few jelly beans on each piece of cake
