Easy Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c diced apples
• 1 c sugar
• 13 c oil
• 12 tsp vanilla
• 1 egg beaten
• 1 12 c unsifted flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 c raisins

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Combine apples and sugar in mixing bowl
3. Let stand 10 minutes
4. Blend oil vanilla and egg with the apples then combine the dry ingredients and mix in well
5. Stir in the raisins
6. Pour into greased 8-inch square cake pan
7. Bake 35 to 40 minutes
8. Yields 9 servings
