Easy Apple Cobbler Low-Fat

Ingredients

  • 1 qt applesauce
  • 34 c sugar
  • 12 tsp vanilla
  • 12 tsp cinnamon
  • 23 c flour
  • 34 c sugar
  • 12 tsp baking powder
  • 12 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 Tbsp skim milk

Directions

  1. Spray a 9 x 12-inch pan with Pam
  2. Mix first four ingredients together
  3. Pour into pan
  4. Mix the next six and pour on top of apple and spread
  5. Bake for 35 minutes at 375 or until brown
