Easy Bake Cheese Omelet

Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 can cream of Cheddar soup
  • 12 c sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp milk

Directions

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form Set aside
  2. Slightly beat egg yolks
  3. Add 12 cup of the Cheddar cheese soup
  4. Mix well Fold yolk mixture into white mixture
  5. Spread in an ungreased 8 12-inch round baking dish Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes or until puffy and golden brown
