Easy Baked Chicken Kiev
Ingredients
- 4 whole chicken breasts 4 lb
- 12 c dry bread crumbs
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 12 tsp oregano leaves
- 12 tsp garlic salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 4 Tbsp margarine softened
- 4 oz Jack cheese cut into 8 strips each 12 x 1 12-inch
- 5 Tbsp margarine melted
Directions
- Place chicken breasts one at a time between 2 sheets of waxed paper
- With flat side of mallet gently pound breasts until each is about 14 inch thick set aside
- In a rimmed plate or pie pan combine bread crumbs Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon of oregano garlic salt and pepper set aside
