Easy Baked Ginger Grouper
Ingredients
- 1 5-6 lb grouper before cleaning
- 14 green pepper thinly sliced
- 14 tsp margarine
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 lb can stewed tomatoes
- 1 medium onion thinly sliced
- 14 cup cooking oil
- 14 tsp thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 12 to 34 cup ginger preserve chutney and grated ginger will substitute
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Put fish in flat casserole dish Saute onion and green pepper add tomatoes ginger and spices boil
- Spoon over fish
- Bake 30 minutes or until just done Dont overcook
- Serve with rice
