Easy Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 6 pork chops 1 14 to 1 12 inches thick
- 12 c chopped celery
- 1 12 c uncooked long grain rice
- 1 medium sliced onion
- 3 c water
- 4 tsp instant chicken bouillon
- 1 tsp Italian herb seasoning
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 medium green pepper cut into 6 rings

- each oregano marjoram and basil leaves and 18 teaspoon rubbed sage
