Easy Banana Bread

Ingredients

• 4 large eggs
• 1 pkg yellow cake mix without pudding
• 1 34 oz pkg banana instant pudding mix
• 1 c water
• 14 c vegetable oil
• 12 c chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions

1. Beat eggs at medium speed with an electric mixer until thick and pale
2. Add cake mix and next three ingredients mixing well Stir in bananas and walnuts
3. Pour batter into 2 greased 8 12 x 4 12 x 3-inch pans
4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean
5. Cool in pans on wire rack 10 minutes
6. Remove from pans and cool completely on wire racks
