Easy Bran Muffins

Ingredients
- 3/4 c. bran
- 1/4 c. wheat germ
- 3/4 c. plain flour
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp. cooking oil
- 3/4 c. buttermilk
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients well; stir in raisins.
- Add oil, milk and egg.
- Mix lightly, not too much.
- Drop by spoon into greased and floured muffin cups.
- Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.
- Makes 12 medium muffins.
