Easy Cheese Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 lb frozen hash brown potatoes
- 8 oz grated Cheddar cheese
- 34 c onion chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz sour cream
- 12 stick butter melted
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Stir together all ingredients
- Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan Bake at 375 for 1 hour
- Sprinkle with bacon if desired
