Easy Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients

• 2 12 lb California OR red potatoes
• 1 c milk
• 1 c whipping cream
• 14 lb sharp cheese
• 1 tsp prepared mustard
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper

Directions

1. Cook potatoes with skins on until just firm
2. Refrigerate overnight
