Easy Cheese Strudel

Ingredients

• 2 pkg 8 roll size crescent rolls
• 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
• 2 egg yolks save 1 egg white
• 34 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

1. Pat 1 package of crescent rolls in an ungreased jelly roll pan 15 x 17-inch
2. Seal the cracks in the dough
3. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth and spread over crescent dough in pan Roll other package of crescent rolls to fit pan and use it to cover the cream cheese mixture
4. If dough sticks use a little flour as you would when rolling pie dough
