Easy Cheeseburger Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 lb lean ground beef browned and drained
• 1 c chopped onions cooked with meat
• 12 c catsup
• 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 12 c plus 2 Tbsp Bisquick baking mix divided
• 4 to 5 Tbsp water
• 1 c grated Cheddar cheese
• 1 2 12 oz jar sliced mushrooms drained optional

Directions

1. Place cooked meat and onions into Pam-sprayed 2-quart baking dish
2. Add catsup Worcestershire sauce mushrooms if desired and 2 tablespoons Bisquick
3. Stir well and set aside
4. Combine remaining Bisquick with enough water to form a soft dough
5. With fingertips dipped in Bisquick press dough into bottom and up sides of casserole
6. Fill with meat mixture
7. Sprinkle on cheese Bake in preheated 425 oven 20 minutes
