Easy Chicken Divan

Ingredients
- 2 10 oz pkg frozen asparagus or broccoli spears
- 2 c sliced chicken or 3 boned chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 23 to 1 c mayonnaise
- 12 tsp curry powder
- 12 c soft bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 12 c grated cheese
- pimiento strips
Directions
- Cook asparagus according to package directions arrange in greased baking dish
- Place chicken on top
- Combine soup mayonnaise lemon juice and curry powder
- Pour mixture over chicken sprinkle with cheese and top with buttered bread crumbs Garnish with pimiento
- Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes
