Easy Chicken In Wine

Ingredients
- 3 or 4 whole chicken breasts cut in halves
- 1 c Burgundy wine
- 14 c soy sauce
- 14 c salad oil
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tsp powdered ginger
- 14 tsp oregano leaves crushed
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
Directions
- Place chicken breasts in one layer in a shallow baking pan Mix together all other ingredients
- Pour sauce over chicken Cover with foil Refrigerate Spoon sauce over chicken a couple of times
