Easy Chocolate-Nut Candy
Ingredients
- 1 12 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 12 oz pkg butterscotch morsels
- 12 to 34 c chopped peanuts
Directions
- Coarsely chop peanuts
- Melt both packages of morsels in microwave-safe bowl for 2 minutes or until melted in microwave Stir in peanuts
- Drop tablespoon size mixture onto wax paper dont let sides touch
- Let cool for several hours or until completely cool
- Yields 30 to 40
