Easy Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c. flour
• 2 c. sugar
• 4 Tbsp. cocoa
• 1 stick oleo
• 1/2 c. shortening
• 1/2 c. buttermilk
• 1 tsp. soda
• 2 beaten eggs
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 c. water

Directions

1. Mix sugar, flour and cocoa.
2. Melt shortening and oleo.
3. Add water and boil.
4. Pour over dry ingredients.
5. Add buttermilk, soda, eggs, vanilla and salt.
6. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
7. Bake 35 minutes at 400°.
