Easy Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 2 8 oz pkg softened cream cheese
• 12 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1 c mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 graham cracker pie crust 9-inch

Directions

1. Mix cream cheese sugar and vanilla at medium speed with mixer until well blended
2. Add eggs and blend again
3. Stir in 34 cup chips
4. Pour into pie crust and sprinkle top of mixture with remaining 14 cup chips
5. Bake at 350 for approximately 40 minutes or until center is almost firm
6. Cool and refrigerate at least 4 hours overnight is fine
7. Garnish with additional chips andor chocolate Cool Whip
