Easy Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 2 8 oz pkg softened cream cheese
- 12 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 c mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 graham cracker pie crust 9-inch
Directions
- Mix cream cheese sugar and vanilla at medium speed with mixer until well blended
- Add eggs and blend again
- Stir in 34 cup chips
- Pour into pie crust and sprinkle top of mixture with remaining 14 cup chips
- Bake at 350 for approximately 40 minutes or until center is almost firm
- Cool and refrigerate at least 4 hours overnight is fine
- Garnish with additional chips andor chocolate Cool Whip
