Easy Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 1 ready crust graham cracker pie crust
• 2-3 oz pkg cream cheese softened
• 1-14 oz can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 c mini milk chocolate chips
• 1 tsp flour

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. With mixer beat cheese until fluffy Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth
3. Add egg and vanilla and mix well
4. Toss chips with flour
5. Stir into cheese mixture
6. Pour into pie crust
7. Bake 35 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched
8. Cool and top with glaze
9. Serves 8
