Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 12 c shortening
- 12 c sugar
- 12 c packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp soda
- 1 12 c flour
- 2 12 Tbsp water
- 1 c chocolate chips
Directions
- Cream shortening and sugars in mixing bowl until light and fluffy
- Beat in egg
- Add salt soda flour and water mix well Stir in chocolate chips
- Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake at 350 for 11 minutes or until lightly browned
- Cool on cookie sheet
