Easy Clam Chowder

Ingredients
- 1 55 oz pkg scalloped potato mix
- 1 8 oz can minced clams keep liquid
- 2 Tbsp minced onion
- 2 Tbsp minced green pepper
- 2 12 c milk
- 1 Tbsp butter or margarine
Directions
- In a 3-quart pan combine potato mix amounts of water and milk called for on potato package clam juice onion and pepper Cover and cook until potatoes are cooked
- Add clams milk and butter
- Bring to boil and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes
- Serve hot Season to taste
