Easy Company Stew
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless beef cut in 2-inch cubes
- 1 No 2 12 can tomatoes approximately 3 12 c
- 1 large green pepper diced
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 4 oz bottle stuffed olives cut in half
- liquid from olives
Directions
- Put all ingredients in saucepan
- Cover simmer for 2 hours or until beef is very tender
- Do not season until ready to serve as olive juice may make it salty enough
- Serve on rice
- Serves 4 or 5
