Easy Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

• 1 large carton cottage cheese
• 1 large cucumber
• 1 medium onion
• 1/2 c. mayonnaise
• 1 Tbsp. vinegar
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients and serve ice cold on a bed of lettuce.
