Easy Egg Custard Pie

- 3 Tbsp flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- dash of salt

- Grease and flour real thick 9-inch deep pie pan
- Beat eggs add

- Gradually add evaporated milk and vanilla
- Pour

- pie pan and top with nutmeg
- Bake 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean at 350
