Easy Fettuccine

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 34 lb Velveeta Italiana pasteurized process cheese spread cubed
  • 12 c milk
  • 2 Tbsp Kraft 100 grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 to 9 oz fettuccine cooked and drained

Directions

  1. Cook and stir garlic in oil in skillet on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes
  2. Add cubed Velveeta cheese spread and milk stirring until cheese is melted
  3. Add cooked fettuccine
  4. Mix lightly
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top
  6. Serve immediately
  7. Makes 4 servings
