Easy French Bread

Ingredients
- 1 pkg yeast
- 1 12 c lukewarm water not hot
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 4 c flour
Directions
- Soften yeast in lukewarm water
- Add salt sugar and flour Stir until mixed
- Add enough of 12 cup lukewarm water no more to make sticky dough
- Cover let rise until doubled
- Divide put each 12 into a greased two-quart casserole
- Let rise again until doubled
- Bake at 375 for one hour
- Brush tops with margarine salt if desired
