Easy Garden Vegetable Pie

Ingredients

• 1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
• 12 c chopped onion
• 12 c chopped green pepper
• 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 12 c milk
• 34 c Bisquick
• 3 eggs
• 14 tsp pepper

Directions

1. Mix thawed and drained broccoli onion green peppers and cheese in a greased 10 inch pie plate
2. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth about one minute with hand beater Pour into pie plate
3. Bake until golden brown about 35-40 minutes at 400
4. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting
