Easy Ham And Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

• 4 oz 3 c egg noodles
• 1 c dairy sour cream
• 1 10 34 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
• 1 Tbsp instant minced onion
• dash of pepper
• 1 16 oz pkg frozen broccoli cauliflower and carrots thawed
• 2 c cubed cooked ham
• 12 c cornflake crumbs
• 2 Tbsp margarine or butter melted

Directions

1. Cook noodles to desired doneness as directed on package Drain
2. Keep warm
3. Heat
4. oven to 350
5. Grease 2 12-quart casserole
