Easy Home Baked Bread
Ingredients
- 1 12 c warm water
- 1 12 pkg dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 to 4 12 c flour
Directions
- In large bowl combine water yeast sugar and salt Gradually add flour to form a stiff dough
- Place in a greased bowl and cover
- Let rise until double in size 1 to 1 12 hours
- Toss on floured board divide in half shape into 2 loaves
- Grease pans and sprinkle with cornmeal
- Place in the dough and let rise 45 to 60 minutes
- Brush with beaten egg white all over the top and sprinkle with sesame or poppy seed
