Easy Honey Barbecued Chicken

Ingredients

• 3 lb chicken
• salt
• pepper
• 12 c soy sauce
• 12 c ketchup
• 1 Tbsp dry powdered mustard
• 13 c dry white wine
• 13 c honey

Directions

1. Salt and pepper chicken pieces on all sides
2. Mix soy sauce ketchup mustard wine and honey in an oblong dish
3. Add chicken and turn to coat well
4. Let stand at room temperature 2 hours turning occasionally or refrigerate overnight
5. Reserve marinade Preheat grill then turn to low and cook for 50 to 60 minutes with lid closed
6. Brush with marinade and turn chicken while its cooking
