Easy Make Ahead Dessert
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 34 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 24 vanilla wafers
- 1 21 oz can cherry pie filling
Directions
- Beat first five ingredients until light and fluffy
- Line muffin tins with paper liners
- Place vanilla wafers in bottom of each cupcake paper liner
- Fill with mixture 23 full
- Bake at 375 for 12 to 20 minutes
- Top with 1 tablespoon cherry pie filling
- Chill
