Easy Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground round
• 12 c Grape-Nuts
• 12 c water
• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 12 c minced onion
• 1 egg
• 12 c ketchup
• 2 tsp dry mustard

Directions

1. Combine ground round Grape-Nuts water and egg
2. Add minced onion and Worcestershire sauce and press into an 8-inch round baking dish
3. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
4. Mix ketchup and dry mustard together and spread over top of meat loaf
5. Return to oven for 10 minutes
6. Serve by cutting into wedges
