Easy Microwave Beef Stew

Ingredients

• 1 to 1 12 lb boneless beef cubes
• 2 c hot water
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 to 2 cloves garlic minced
• 1 medium onion sliced
• 1 or 2 bay leaves
• 1 tsp salt
• 14 tsp pepper
• pinch of allspice
• 1 tsp sugar
• 2 tsp Kitchen Bouquet for browning
• 2 to 3 carrots sliced
• 3 to 4 potatoes
• 12 box frozen peas
• 4 Tbsp flour

Directions

1. Place first eleven ingredients in microwave covered dish Microwave at High for 10 minutes Medium-high for 10 minutes and Low for 30 minutes
2. Stir
3. Add more water if necessary Microwave until tender
4. Add vegetables
5. Microwave at High until tender
6. Gradually sprinkle four tablespoons of flour over stew while stirring
7. Cook microwave until thickened stirring once May also be cooked conventionally
