Easy Microwaved Baked Apple

Ingredients

• flavored apple
• butter
• brown sugar

Directions

1. Core a firm flavorful apple such as Jonagold Empire Cortland or Redfree but dont cut through the bottom of the apple
2. Peel a little of the skin from around the top of the apple
3. Put some butter and brown sugar in the hole and microwave on High for 2 minutes
